All coaching positions are volunteer. RLYS soccer covers all costs for background checks and registration of coaches.
As required by state or federal laws, adults must complete the following Risk Management components when working with minors:
1. SafeSport training on an annual basis – U.S. Center for SafeSport
2. Background check every two (2) years – JD Palatine Information Security
3. Concussion awareness training on an annual basis – CDC Heads
