Fall 2026 Recreation Registration is Open

K-2nd

We are focused on a small rec league here in Red Lodge this Fall for 2nd - kindergarteners. We will form smaller teams and play mostly home games on Saturdays in Red Lodge. The 2nd and 1st graders will have the opportunity to play a few games in Laurel against their recreation teams.

Practices will be 1-2 times per week for 45-60 minutes each. Practices will take place on Shelly’s Field between the high school and the Animal Sanctuary at Coal Miner’s Park. Practice days and times will not be established until closer to the start of the season.

Players will need high socks, shin guards, and cleats. At the first practice, we will bring gently used cleats and shinguards available for passing down. Kids Corner is also a great place to shop for these things.

In early August, you will receive an email with your coach’s information, the first practice time and dates. Please download the SportsYou app and and we will send you the code for your team’s information and where all your communication during the season will take place.

We ask that all parents help volunteer to support coaches during practices and games with tying shoes, bathroom breaks, teaching basic skills, directing to the right goal, snacks for games, substitute management, and ball shagging. Coaches are volunteer parents like yourself.
